Our Founder & Team
EmpowerMEE was founded by Tamara L McMillan, PhD, a magnetic, award-winning speaker, coach, and change agent with a background in Creativity, Problem-Solving, Transformational Leadership, and Failure Fanaticism™.
Tamara started her career working in sales for the computer distribution, advertisement, and pharmaceutical industries. Turning her sights to education and speaking, she’s an award-winning lecturer, a compassionate baddie with flawless facilitation skills and storytelling superpowers. Today she’s the lead conduit, owner of two businesses, and a non-profit organization created to empower our minority communities one girl at a time.
The EmpowerMEE team includes marketing and sales experts and creative coaches who are amazing at exceeding your expectations, setting you up for success, and getting you closer to living the life you deserve…boldly.
